Stilldream Festival 2019: An Intimate Spiritual Gathering in Northern California

Summer solstice is a truly special time. But aside from being the longest day of the year, summer solstice has a deeper meaning; it’s a symbol of the ascension referred to in many renowned spiritual teachings. It’s a powerful time, and there’s no better way to revel in its potency than by attending the Stilldream Festival. The festival was conceived in 2000 by a group of people who wanted to create a gathering for like-minded folk who are passionate about developing an intimate relationship with the earth. The rest is history, and now the Stilldream Festival has become a vehicle for others; allowing and encouraging them to reach that ascension on summer solstice through a carefully curated program of events centered on spirituality.

Stilldream continues to evolve, and over time it has come to mean something different for everyone who has the privilege of attending.

Release your inner flower child at the Stilldream Festival, a celebration of nature, community, consciousness, and music – we all know the world needs more of that right now. There will be incredible audio and visual art to immerse in, plus spiritual workshops and experiences to help you achieve a state of zen; think yoga, poi, dancing, hatha, and sound baths. Premium beers, wine, and cocktails will also be available at the on-site bar, so you can enjoy your favorite drink any time of day. All of this and more in gorgeous Northern California, where the summers are nothing short of spectacular.

The festival grounds are situated amidst lush greenery and painfully scenic nature that it would be a crime to not spend all your time outside. This is a festival that allows you to recharge and nurture your soul while having fun, and you wouldn’t want to miss out on it.

Where to view Stilldream Festival 2019

Stilldream Festival will be happening at the Blue Mountain Event Center located at 7250 Mitchell Mill Road, Wilseyville, California.

General admission weekend passes are available. Early entry tickets for those who want to hang out in the festival grounds by Thursday will be available.

How to get around Wilseyville

A majority of festival goers take their own cars or rented vehicles to the event venue. Belden Town also has a great network of public transportation options including buses and ride-sharing services.

Where to stay in Wilseyville for Stilldream Festival 2019

Many guests prefer to camp during the Stilldream Festival. There will be designated camping areas that keep you close to nature. If camping isn’t your cup of tea, there are also onsite and nearby hotels and cabins to choose from.

Things to do in Wilseyville

Calaveras County, where Wilseyville is located, is known for many things. One of them is wine. Oh, and really good wine. Calaveras County is home to massive wine regions, so after the Stilldream Festival, head out and explore the numerous wineries nearby. Check out the majestic sequoias of Calaveras Big Trees State Park, some of which reach as high as 250 feet. There are lots of terrific cafes and eateries around town too, so make sure to try the delicious fare. Scour the numerous antique shops for unique vintage finds, and immerse in the many art galleries – perhaps even take home a piece of Calaveras County home with you.
