The three day party runs from the early evening until the early hours with something on the lineup for all manner of alernative rock, pop and bonefide music fans.

They will perform on seven big stages, Mad Stage, Cool Stage, Koko Stage, Radio Station Stage, The Loop, Mondo Sonoro Stage and Thunder Bitch Stage over the festival weekend.
There will also be a new restaurant area, the Mad Cool Gallery and the Art Market will be returning this year at a new venue to harbour an even bigger crowd, bringing audiences more bands and a greater variety of music genres.
Previous lineups have had some huge names including 121 national and international top artists. Metallica, Twenty One Pilots, Placebo. The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Muse, Faith No More, Pixies, Kings of Leon all played last year.
2023 had some monster headlining acts including Robbie Williams, Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Machine Gun Kelly, Queens of the Stone Age, The Black Keys, Sam Smith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Liam Gallagher plus loads more!
Mad Cool Festival is held at at Espacio Mad Cool in the Valdebebas-IFEMA area of northern Madrid, on a area of about 500 hectares, it’s a new city development. Situated strategically, it is also surrounded by major roadways such as the M-40, M-11, R-2 and M-12 linking the new T-4 Madrid-Barajas airport with the center of Madrid
There is parking at the festival site for those who book in advance so ridesharing and car hire is available for transport to the festival.
There are private transfers and commuter bus transfers available from Madrid Airport to the festival. Local taxi’s and UBER available and there is a commuter train service around Madrid that stops near the festival site.
The festival has endorsed a number of hotels close by. There are also a variety of accommodation in Madrid, including Air BnB and hostels for budget accommodation.
