In the next episode Oli Russell-Cowan chats to Vice President and General Manager of Dew Tour, Courtney Gresik.

Coming from a financial background Gresik started her career in the action sports industry in 2005 working at TransWorld Media and the World Surf League. Gresik now oversees the business, partnerships, event operations, marketing and content strategy of Dew Tour’s contest series of skateboarding and snow events.

Prior to being the GM, she was Director of Business and Partnerships on the Tour which saw her partner with nonprofits, schools and the action sports community. She has been pivotal in relocating Dew Tour Winter to Cooper Mountain and including women to the Tour Team Challenge and Streetstyle Winter 2020 competitions. She is also a member of WISE—Women In Sports and Events.

The concept for Rad Season came about when I was trekking around Latin America. I found it difficult to find cool events and festivals going on that were a bit different and had an element of adventure and general radness to them. I knew that there was always something rad worth going to somewhere in the world, but there was no single platform bringing them together for like-minded people. With over 15 years experience in international business development, spanning multiple industries including action sports, events, media, digital, ICT, travel and tourism, I decided to combine them all with Rad Season.
