350 DJs, 22 Floors & The Craziest Campsite On The Planet!

Nature One is celebrating a massive 25th-anniversary edition this summer. Taking place on the Pydna Missile base in Kastellaun, the festival will welcome more than 60,000 visitors to what has grown to become one of the largest electronic music festivals in Germany. More than 350 of the top DJs and live acts in electronic music will perform across 22 floors; including the likes of Eric Prydz, Paul van Dyk, Sven Väth, Angerfist and more.

The Start of Something Big

August 1995 marked the very first edition of Nature One Festival; Germany’s first, large-scale open-air rave. Hahn Airport welcomed 13,000 techno pioneers to rave under the open skies for the very first time. A year on, the event found it’s new, permanent home at the Pydna missile base; additionally becoming a ‘proper’ festival. In only one year, Nature One grew to become the most popular electronic music festival in Germany; and continues to grow to this day.

The Anniversary

Nature One celebrated it’s biggest edition to date in 2014, which marked ‘The Golden 20’; welcoming more than 70,000 visitors. This year, Nature One will rewrite history with a massive anniversary edition celebrating 25 years of the iconic German music festival. Nature One fans can expect four days and three nights of camping, partying and electronic beats under the open sky. The festival will also welcome back Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo, two DJs who were on the original lineup for the 1995 edition; who will perform a special 25 years of rave history set.

“The visitors can look forward to a mega event with a multifaceted line-up and some anniversary specials” – Oliver Vordemvenne of I-Motion
