Beauty, mystery, fairytale, and folklore… these are just some of the things you’ll experience when you visit Transylvania. Transylvania has managed to preserve its traditions and authentic charm so well; the absence of mass tourism, industrialization, and modern civilizations makes it easy to believe that yes, Dracula may actually be hiding in one of those medieval castles!
It would be a sin to travel to Transylvania and not visit the many castles it’s known for: Bran, Corvin, Peles, Fagaras Fortress, Alba Carolina Citadel, and the Hotel Castel Dracula. Stroll through the Old Town of Sibiu, a cosmopolitan town brimming with culture, Baroque architecture, art and museums, and stunning piazzas. Go on a breathtaking drive across the Transfagarasan Highway, renowned as the greatest road in the entire world.
Untold Festival happens next from August 1-4, 2019.
