Southside Festival 2019: Southern Germany’s Festival Sensation!

Southside Festival is an annual three-day festival held in Southern Germany. Established in 1999, the festival is the Southern counterpart to Hurricane Festival in Northern Germany, which takes place on the same weekend. Each June, the two festivals collectively welcome more than 130,000 visitors from all over the world. Over the last decade, the festival has regularly hosted a range of internationally recognised artists, as well as a number of local talent and newcomers.

“A mainstay alternative pop music festival in southern Germany since 1999”

More than 75 artists will showcase their talent at this year’s edition of Southside Festival. Foo Fighters and The Cure will headline the first of three days. Sharing the stage will be the likes of Interpol, Wolfmother, The Streets, Royal Republic and more. Day two will welcome headliners Die Toten Hosen and Tame Impala; alongside Parkway Drive, Papa Roach, Bosse and more. The final day will close out with headlining acts Mumford & Sons and Macklemore. Popular artists Steve Aoki, Bloc Party and Flogging Molly are also among the Sunday bill of talent. You can find the full lineup here.
