The Opener Festival is held at the Gdynia-Kosakowo airport, a military airport near the Gdynia town center.
There will be Early Bird, Fan Tix, Regular Tickets, and Final Call Tickets. Book early to get the best seats possible!
Festival shuttle buses will be made available throughout the event. Be sure to check the shuttle schedules for updates. There will also be night buses taking visitors from Gdynia to various districts. Another option is to take the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway line to get around; the train system is efficient and leaves every hour on average although more frequently during certain times. If you want to get around by taxi, download the MyTaxi app because regular taxi services will not be stopping directly in the festival grounds.
Many attendees choose to camp in order to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Gdynia while staying near the festival grounds. Should you wish to stay in a tent, camper, or caravan, be sure to read the festival terms and conditions for these accommodation sites because there will be designated areas for these, as well as a separate parking fee.

Gdynia, Poland’s stunning seaside port town, transforms into a magical destination each summer, much more so with the Open’er Festival. There town has something for every kind of visitor, and there’s so much to feast the senses on that it’s highly recommended you set a few days aside before or after the festival for exploring the town.
Check out the beautiful main beach of Gdynia, located in the heart of town. It’s a great spot to kick back and sip some cold beers on a warm summer day, while the kids can have their fill of refreshing ice cream from the stalls. Take the kids to the Gdynia Aquarium, one of the best in all of Poland. History buffs won’t run out of museums to check out, especially those dedicated to Poland’s rich maritime past.

Be sure to check out the seafront area, which is peppered with trendy bars and cafes. Sip your way through the budding craft beer industry of Poland. When you need some hair of the dog, make it one of the local vodkas.
