The program of events is jam-packed with ridiculously fun activities that it would be wise to plan your days ahead of time. Past events have featured graffiti jams, DnB contests, water battles, face painting, hippie jump contests, pound fit, and stand up comedy among others. Walking through the streets of Prague feels like stepping back in time. Explore the ancient streets and castles, and learn a thing or two about local history. When you’re through sightseeing, it’s time to drink! Prague is known for its world-class beer, known as pivo. The locals are very proud of their beer, and for good reason. It’s not uncommon to drink at least a glass a day, so this is your chance to have your fill of terrific beer.
The best places to enjoy pivo are at the pubs around town – just be sure to read up on Prague pub etiquette so as not to elicit strange stares from the locals! If beer isn’t your thing, the good news is that the Czech wine isn’t bad either. In fact, grapes have been grown here since the 14th century. Reisling and Gruner Veltlin are particularly excellent varieties of Czech wine.
Let It Roll Winter 2019 takes place from February 22-24, while the summer revelries take place from August 1-3.
