We’re proud to announce that Rad Season has won the naming rights for the local’s trials at the VISSLA Sydney Surf Pro 2019, which take place at Manly Beach on the 17th of March.
These trials will see surfers from North Steyne and Queenscliff Boardriders Clubs battle it out in an attempt to earn a wildcard into the World Surf League (WSL) Qualifying Series (QS) 6000 rated divisions as well as the Key Sun Zinke Sydney Pro Junior.

Winners of the trials will then have a chance to kick off their 2019 competitive campaigns with some of the worlds best at the VISSLA Sydney Surf Pro in front of a boisterous local crowd.
Rad Season founder Oli Russell-Cowan had this to say about the recent announcement:

Current trialists from North Steyne for the QS6000 include Blake Levett, George Pittar, Dustin Atikison and Jamie Krups plus Bella Wilton and Hunter Kellaher for the women, while the Pro Junior will feature George Pitter (Ethan Jackson), Saxon Reber (Ethan Dobson, Axel Rose-Currotta and Eric Ellery, with Hunter Kellaher and Bella Huggins for the ladies plus Tiarn Conji as the wildcard.
Trialists from Queenscliff Boardriders Club for the QS6000 are Ben Penny, Samson Coulter and Austin Ware with Fran May competing for the women (second women’s competitor TBC). As for the Pro Junior, Olly Brooks, Jack Mac, Jayden Poy and Winter Vincent will be surfing for the men, while Lily Macdonald and Evie Coulter line up for the women.
