The Greatest Day Ever 2019: Music Festival & Carnival

The Greatest Day Ever, presented by Adidas Originals, is an annual summer music festival and carnival that takes place in New York, USA. Now in its 6th year, the popular event regularly welcomes incredible musical artists, carnival rides and so much more! The all-ages event features a range of popular cross-genre artists as well as rides, which are free all weekend long!

Greatest Day Ever Lineup 2019

This year’s edition of The Greatest Day Ever will welcome a number of popular local and international artists. Carnage will headline day one of the event, alongside Pusha T, Jungle, Cashmere Cat, Bas, Party Favor and more. Day two will see Zeds Dead headline the event, sharing the stage with Lil Baby, Snakehips, City Girls, Nina Las Vegas and more.

The Greatest Day Ever takes place at the Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk in New York. You can find the event at 3052 W 21st St, Brooklyn, New York 11224. 

How to get around New York

The city of New York features a number of major airports; John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport. Direct transportation options are available from all airports to the city centre. When travelling around New York, the city features a range of public transport options, such as the subway, bus, tram and ferry. 

The festival grounds are easily accessible by both car and public transport. You can take the Belt Parkway to exit 6 toward Coney Island and follow the signs. Parking is not available at the festival; however, there will be ample street parking available in the surrounding areas. It is recommended to take advantage of rideshare and drop off services during this event. The drop off point for the event will be the Community Gate on West 22nd Street.

You can also travel to the event by both bus and subway. You can take bus route B36 to Surf Av/w 21st, B64 or B68 to Mermaid Avenue and Stillwell Avenue, B74 or B82 to Mermaid Avenue or the express buses X28 and X38 from Manhattan to Surf Avenue/W 21st. You can also take the Q, N, D or F train to Stillwell Avenue/Coney Island, followed by a short walk towards the beach and boardwalk.
