Founder Surf Life Retreats. Jocelyn Black was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Landlocked for the most part, she takes advantage of Canadian summers and travel opportunities as much as she can. A late bloomer to the surf world who always dreamt of running away and surfing every day, she has surfed in Ireland, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Tofino, Portugal and Ecuador. Next up is Oahu..
