This year’s edition of Pohoda Festival will welcome a range of popular headlining acts, as well as up-and-coming talent. Liam Gallagher, The 1975, Lykke Li and The Roots will headline the 23rd edition of Pohoda Festival; alongside Mac DeMarco, Skepta and Charlotte Gainsbourg.
Pohoda Festival takes place at the former military airfield in Trenčin Airport, in Trenčin, Slovakia.
Located in the western region of Slovakia, you can access Trenčin by both car and public transport. The nearest major airport is Bratislava Airport, located just over an hour south of Trenčin. Regional bus services are also available, travelling from most major cities around Slovakia and neighbouring countries. If you are travelling by train or bus, you can travel to Trenčin’s main train station, where a non-stop festival shuttle service is available to transfer you directly to the festival.
A number of accommodation options are available for Pohoda Festival. Camping is included in all three-day tickets and two official campsites are available within the festival area. You can bring your own tent and camping supplies, or book pre-set up tents and cottages. A number of hotel and Airbnb options are also available within walking distance of the event, and throughout Trenčin. You can find all the nearby options below.
The city of Trenčin offers a number of things to see and do. One of the most popular attractions is Trencin Castle, an ancient hilltop castle with a history museum and exhibits. The Galéria Miloša Alexandra Bazovského art gallery is also a popular tourist attraction. Located just outside the city centre, you can find Pútnické miesto Skalka, a historic monastery and abbey. A number of stunning nature reserves and mountains can be found surrounding Trenčin for those looking for an outdoor adventure. Popular destinations include the Omšenská Baba nature reserve, Baske Mountain and Lesopark Brezina.
