Bunbury Music Festival is an annual three-day event held in the Midwest of the USA. Hosted at Sawyer Point in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, the festival regularly welcomes top artists; with previous headliners including the likes of Post Malone, MUSE, Florence & The Machine and more. The festival boasts two main stages, as well as a side stage and an acoustic stage.

“To Bunbury, or to go bunburying, is to have a made-up excuse to get out of doing something boring. Every Bunbury weekend, we give you a great excuse to get out of whatever you don’t want to do”. 

This year’s lineup welcomes a number of popular artists across the three-day event. Popular American rock band Fall Out Boy will headline the first day of the event. Sharing the stage with the legendary group will be the likes of Stone Temple Pilots, Machine Gun Kelly and more. Saturday will see Greta Van Fleet headline the event alongside Awolnation, Sublime With Rome and more. The final day will be headlined by English pop-rock band The 1975. Also closing out the event will be Run The Jewels, Girl Talk, Clutch and more.

How to get around Cincinnati

The nearest airport and the official Airport of Bunbury is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport; located less than 20 minutes from the event. If you are driving to the event, most major highways into Cincinnati include the I-71, I-74 and I-75. Routes 27, 32 and 50 are also popular ways to get into the city. Parking is available at the event and visitors can reserve a spot online for up to 50% off drive-up rates.

There are a number of ways to get around the city and to and from the event. Visitors staying in the Downtown area or across the bridge in the Newport, Kentucky area can walk to the event. The waterside route takes less than 20 minutes by foot and is the easiest way to avoid traffic. Visitors staying in the downtown area can also travel via bus; with metro route 1 and 85 travelling to the event. Visitors in Newport can take the TANK Southbank Shuttle, stopping at Taylor-Southgate & East Pete Rose Way. Cincinnati’s brand new streetcar, The Cincinnati Bell Connector, is also a quick and convenient way to get around the city. Featuring 18 stops throughout Downtown, visitors can take stop #1 and walk East towards Sawyer Point.
