Hospitality On The Beach 2019: A Drum & Bass Holiday

It’s time to take a holiday with the Hospital family! London’s world famous drum & bass authority Hospital Records expanded to Croatia in 2018 and is back again this summer. Five truly magical days of bliss await every drum and bass lover on the shores of the stunning Garden Resort in Tisno, Croatia. The boutique Hospitality break will be the perfect start to the summer festival season.

This year’s edition of Hospitality On The Beach features a range of popular drum and bass artists. Headlining acts include Andy C, who will play a special 3-hour set, Noisia and High Contrast, Other artists who will be sharing the main ‘Hospitality’ stage include Kings Of The Rollers, Fred V, Makoto, Hugh Hardie and more. Headlining the eight additional stages are DJ Marky, Mefjus, Friction, S.P.Y, DJ Zinc and Turno.

Hospitality On The Beach takes place at the Garden Resort in Tisno, Croatia. You can find the venue at UI. Petrića Glava 34, 22240, Tisno, Croatia. 

How to get around Tisno

The nearest major airports are Zadar, which is approximately 45 minutes away, and Split, which is approximately 90 minutes away. A range of bus services as well as private transfers are available to transport travellers to the hotels. Official Hospitality On The Beach Airport transfers have been arranged to work around incoming and outgoing flights and can be booked here. A range of ferry services are also available from nearby ports including Pula, Acona or along Italy’s Adriatic coast. 

Where to stay for Hospitality On The Beach 2019

Hospitality On The Beach has also arranged a wide range of accommodations from camping to on-site options. The Garden Resort is the official on-site accommodation of the event, offering a stylish and affordable location with the festival at your doorstep. The best way to experience the festival is to stay nearby, next to the beach. Fully air-conditioned, sea view apartments are available to book and include a small kitchen, balcony/terrace and bathrooms equipped with towels. Apartments are available for 2-3 people and 3-4 people and must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the arrival. 

Three categories of mobile homes are also available on site. The fully equipped luxury option allows visitors to stay at the festival venue, with an onsite shop available at your doorstep. Mobile home options are available in ‘Gold’ and ‘Silver’ for up to 4 people, and ‘Bronze’ for up to 8 people. Five iconic, refurbished Airstreams are also available, offering a unique stay for up to 4 people. Another interesting alternative is ‘cube rooms’; a minimalistic approach to on-site accommodation available for up to two people. Each cube comes with an ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, air conditioning, USB ports and European power sockets. 

The most affordable option Is camping and Hospitality On The Beach offers camp pitches for those wanting to bring their own tent and camping supplies. Visitors can camp amongst the olive and fig trees and the campsite offers fully functioning toilets and hot showers. If you don’t want to bring your own tent, Bell Tents are available for 2-4 people; with both single and double beds offered. The 3 meter high, teepee style tent, offers a unique and spacious option; with sides that can be rolled up to create the perfect option air space for the summer weather. 

Things to do in Tisno

Throughout the event, there are a number of things for visitors to see and do. Hospitality On The Beach will be hosting a range of boat parties throughout the week; including the Marine Variety Boat Party, Med School Boat Party and Outline At Sea. 

Aside from all the partying, the perfect thing to do and a must-see for all visitors is the beach. The coastal town offers an endless number of stunning, crystal clear beaches and public baths. Popular beaches include Strand Jazine, Slanica Beach, Ulica Lolić, Iza Andrije Beach and Beach Lovišča. Visitors can also explore the nearby island of Kaprije; a small island that features a number of beaches as well as vineyards and countless dining options.

Andy C – English Drum & Bass DJ and producer Andy C has grown to become one of the most significant British artists in global dance music history. Playing a special three-hour set at Hospitality On The Beach 2019, you absolutely cannot miss this pioneer in the drum and bass scene. 

Noisia – Regarded as one of the most powerful acts to emerge in the bass music scene, Noisia have been praised across the entire electronic music scene. The Dutch trio is renowned for their unparalleled technical skills and original and emotional sounds. After destroying some of the biggest stages in the world, these guys are ready to take on the Hospitality On The Beach main stage.

Kings Of The Rollers – Keeping true to their roots while pioneering a sound is rarely seen in the electronic music world, but not for these guys. The Kings Of The Rollers collective made up of Serum, Voltage and Bladerunner, have come together to create something truly exceptional. Moulding a new drum and bass movement, these guys are one to look out for.
