Ukraine’s largest music festival returns to Kyiv this summer from July 9-14; for one of the biggest and best open-air events in Eastern Europe. Atlas Weekend annually transforms the city into one massive party; with the goal to open modern festival culture to people of all different tastes. The festival unites music, leisure, educational and entertainment programs, the best of Ukrainian street food and more.
Each year, Atlas Weekend welcomes more than 250 artists of a variety of genres; giving visitors an opportunity to meet their musical heroes or discover new ones. Now in its 5th year, the festival has regularly delivered a massive and diverse lineup, featuring the likes of The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy and even world number one DJ Martin Garrix.
The festival features a main stage as well as three surrounding stages. Each day, the stages will be hosted by a variety of different labels, organisers, and more. Stages include Trance Immersion, Drum&Bass Night, Brave! Factory, Koktebel Jazz Festival and many more.
This year’s edition features five headliners, who will close out the main stage on each night of the event. Popular American music group The Black Eyed Peas will close out the first official day of the main stage festivities on Wednesday, alongside Little Big, Tatarka, Netta and Mélovin. Thursday will see Da Candy, Matoma and Chas & Status perform on the main stage, before American DJ duo The Chainsmokers, close out the event. Russian rock band Splean will conclude Friday’s festivities, sharing the stage with Arsen Mirzoyan and Sergey Babkin.
