Wheels and Waves 2019: Surfing and riding along France’s South West coast

For the 8th year Wheels and Waves will be returning to the Basque country for a moto and surf festival like no other!

Not for the faint of heart, the Wheels and Waves festival is held in Biarritz, France. Combining motorcycles and surfing for an experience sure to put some hair on your chest. The event consists of a surf contest, motorcycle races, and group rides spanning from the seaside of Biarritz into the Basque mountains.

For down time, check out the festival village, playing host to over 120 stalls complete with concerts, vendors and movie screenings. It’s a few days where both nature and manmade machinery are equally celebrated.
