The Ends Festival 2019: London’s Brand New Urban Music Festival

The Ends Festival is London’s brand new urban music and food festival. Coming to Croydon in 2019, the three-day event will welcome 15,000 hip-hop and reggae lovers to south London’s Lloyd Park.

“The Ends Festival aims to inspire and give a platform to local talent, showcasing them alongside some of music’s biggest stars”. 

The very first edition of The Ends Festival has secured some impressive headliners as well as a range of local talent. The main stage will be headlined by Nas, Wizkid and Damian Marley. Sharing the stage are popular names such as De La Soul, Maleek Berry and J Balvin. The festival also boasts a second stage called the Ends & Friends Stage. This stage will be headlined by Saint Jhn, NSG and IAMDDB. More than 45 artists are scheduled to showcase the best of the UK’s urban music scene.

How to get around Croydon

Located approximately 13 miles south of the centre of London, the quickest and easiest way to travel to Croydon is via train. The nearest airports are London Heathrow, London City and London Gatwick Airport. Direct express city trains are available at all airports. Visitors can take National Rail’s Southern Line to East Croydon or South Croydon. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes from Clapham Junction, 35 minutes from London Bridge and London Victoria and 50 minutes from Kings Cross. Upon arrival, visitors can walk approximately 20 minutes to the event, or travel to Lloyd Park via Tramlink.

Things to do in Croydon

While Croydon is not a major city, it does offer a number of things to see and do.
