Snowtunes will unshackle your imagination and push the boundaries of a modern day music event to offer skiers and snowboarders the ultimate music festival experience at the base of the Snowy Mountains. Taking over two stages for two nights in the Snowies.
Check out the highlights from Snowtunes 2016 below:
The festival will be taking place on the Open Air Stage in Jindabyne, Snowy Mountains, New South Wales. The Open Air Stage is located just off Barray Way in Jindabyne opposite the Snowy Mountains Grammar School.
By Air – to get to the Snowy Mountains fly to Cooma from Sydney with Regional Express Airlines.
By Car – driving from Melbourne it’s approximately 8 hours (600 km’s) to Jindabyne. From Sydney it takes 5 hours (460km’s).
Come for the party and stay for the snow. With Perisher and Thredbo only 30 minutes away it would be cheeky not to get a day or two skiing on the mountains either before or after the festival weekend.
– Sample some of the local beers in the Jindabyne Brewing and Kosciuszko Brewery
– Take a helipcopter trip from Jindabyne airport flying over the stunning Mt Kosciuszko
