Simple Session returns to Estonia this summer in August!
Simple Session 21 is returning to Tallinn, Estonia, on August 20–21. This year the contest will be held at a new location in the city at the Põhjala district – which is an old rubber factory that has been transformed into a epic cultural and community centre.
A smaller selection of the best skateboarders and BMX street riders from around the world will be invited to take part in SS21 with a focus on being a street contest. Due to the global crisis the winter location and event normally held in February has been moved to August in a new location.
The event will take place on Estonia’s independence day the 20th of August, starting off a long weekend with a public holiday across the country. You can guarantee that the party will be massive. 2009 was the last Simple Session summer edition in Estonia and there have been a number of summer session’s in other places such as Helsinki, Finland and in Riga, Latvia.
Tickets go on sale on the Simple Session’s website. Make sure you get in quick as there will only be a limited number of tickets available.
As one of the most international action sports events out there, Simple Session 21 pits the globe’s best BMX riders and skateboarders against each other on it’s magnificent one-off contest course (to be revealed soon!), so watch out for the ultimate show of the most progressive riding ever seen!
The contests will be held in Pro BMX street and Pro skateboarding street. The electrifying contest will be followed by non-stop after-parties that make up one unforgettable festival experience.
