Roxodous Music Fest 2019: Let There Be Rock!

Roxodus Music Festival is anticipated to become the biggest summer rock music festival in Canada! Taking place in the Clearview Township, just outside Toronto, the four-day event will be filled with legendary music, fun and food that you’ll never forget! Along with epic music and fabulous food, you can take part in a range of awesome experiences; such as tandem skydiving and helicopter rides!

Roxodus Music Festival will feature everyone’s favourite rock legends, among hot new, emerging artists. Thursday will feature headlining acts Nickelback and Collective Soul. Friday will see Lynyrd Skynyrd and Cheap Trick take to the stage. Saturday showcase Kid Rock and Alice Cooper and Friday will close out with Aerosmith. Green River Revival, Destroyer and Hells Bells will headline the official after parties in the Crazy Town Saloon.

How to get around Ontario

Located in the southern region of Ontario, the festival takes place just outside Toronto. The nearest major airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport, located an hour and a half south of the festival. Car rental options are available throughout the hotel, providing the quickest and easiest way to get to and around the Clearview Township area. Single and round trip bus tickets are available to purchase directly from the festival, departing from nearby cities and various locations throughout Barrie and Toronto. Shuttle passes are also available to purchase, departing regularly from surrounding cities.

Where to stay for Roxodus 2019

Roxodus offers camping on-site, which is the most convenient way to experience the festival. Tent camping spots start at $189 and include a 20×20 ft. spot, a parking pass for vehicle and can permit up to six people per site. RV Camping sites are also available, both with and without power. Prices range according to levels of power required. Lake Roxodus Tent Camping is also available. The secluded on-site camping resort comes with a pre-pitched tent and is fully equipped with camping gear.

Lake Roxodus Glamping is the ultimate Roxodus VIP experience. The hotel themed campsite features fully furnished tents with queen beds, private parking spots, private restrooms and showers, outdoor chairs, lighting and more. The campsites are fully equipped with food and beverage vendors, charging stations, sanitary facilities and a fully stocked general store. Things to do in Ontario

The festival takes place in Clearview Township in Southern Ontario. The area offers a number of attractions such as the Creemore Springs Brewery, Fernwood Farms and Market and The Mad & Noisy Gallery. The nearest major city is Toronto, located just under 90 minutes south of the festival.

Toronto is home to a range of popular attractions such as the CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, Casa Loma and the Distillery District; where you can find some of the best underground bars in Toronto.
