Canonball Crush returns to Canada‘s world heritage site Fort Henry; for a five kilometre course filled with fun and challenging obstacles. Open to all competitors from novice to advanced, over 15 obstacles have been designed to test strength, determination and team spirit.

The race is open to those over the age of 18 on the day of the race and is designed for all fitness levels. Canonball Crush encourages everyone to try and conquer Fort Henry! You can register online here until midnight on June 4.

Located on Lake Ontario, the Canadian city is located two hours south of Ottawa. The nearest airport is Kingston Airport, located approximately 20 minutes from Fort Henry. Visitors can drive or utilise public transport to get to and from the event. Parking is free at Canonball Crush and visitors can park in the main parking lot beside the Discovery Centre.

The trade square will also be open to the public. Many historic sites such as Kingston Penitentiary and Bellevue House are also available for visitors to explore the local history.
Kingston is within the vicinity of The Thousand Islands – a group of over 1,800 islands in the St. Lawrence River. The islands are a hub for outdoor activities including sailing and fishing; and regular boat tours are also available.
