Canonball Crush 2019: Rise to the challenge and CRUSH IT!

Challenge yourself and your friends at Kingston’s most unique obstacle course. Canonball Crush returns to Canada‘s world heritage site Fort Henry; for a five kilometre course filled with fun and challenging obstacles. Open to all competitors from novice to advanced, over 15 obstacles have been designed to test strength, determination and team spirit.

The race is open to those over the age of 18 on the day of the race and is designed for all fitness levels. Canonball Crush encourages everyone to try and conquer Fort Henry! You can register online here until midnight on June 4.

How to get around Kingston

Located on Lake Ontario, the Canadian city is located two hours south of Ottawa. The nearest airport is Kingston Airport, located approximately 20 minutes from Fort Henry. Visitors can drive or utilise public transport to get to and from the event. Parking is free at Canonball Crush and visitors can park in the main parking lot beside the Discovery Centre.
