The BUKU Music + Art Project will take place at Mardi Gras World in New Orleans – 1400 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA 70130. Mardi Gras World is a warehouse on the banks of the Mississippi River which features a whole host of industrial containers and make-shift décor. For the very best views of the Main Stage, purchase a TOOBUKU VIP pass which allows you access to a rooftop seating area and a private bar area.
Mardi Gras World is located in the heart of New Orleans, around a half an hour walk from the famous French Quarter. It is situated on the banks of the Mississippi River between the Faubourg Livaudais and the Fischer Development Neighbourhood.
Once you are in the festival all stages and venues can be reached on foot. BUKU is also proud to be an ADA accessible festival meaning ramps and wide entrances will be available for ease of access.
New Orleans is an eclectic city with loads of great areas to stay. Bourbon Street is the city’s famous party area in which you’ll be able to dance the night away long after the festival finishes. The CBD is home to a number of contemporary chain hotel which may be best for those wishing to crash out somewhere clean and modern once the festival closes.
